Today, we did not have an opening since we were on an early release schedule due to the opening ceremonies for the Olympics. In class all blocks except 7/8 took notes on the food web and forests. 7/8 worked on their owl pellets.
Homework: Bring your agenda, a water bottle, and sunscreen (if needed) because our field day is tomorrow. Do not paint your hair or your face.
We did opening # 28. Then we continued working on our owl pellet lab. We also turned in our vocabulary log.
Homework: Dress all in black for the Olympic ceremonies.
Today, we did opening # 27. Then I introduced the owl pellet lab.
Homework: The vocabulary log is due tomorrow. If you need the words they are on last night's blog.
Today, we did opening #26. Then we wrapped up all presentations and started our new vocabulary. The following is a link to the vocabulary log pages for the new vocabulary words.

Owl Pellets start tomorrow!!!
Today, we did opening # 25. Then we finished up most of the Biome Presentations.
Homework: We are doing the vocabulary log tomorrow and you can make your own sheets by hand on white or notebook paper or print off this one. You will need enough for 20 words. You can make or print them front and back.
Today, we did opening # 24. Then we worked on finishing our biome presentations. Makeup test were today if you were not here Friday.
Homework: Prepare for presentations if your group has not gone yet.
Today, we did opening #23. Then we took the Ecology Test.
Homework: If your biome project has not been presented prepare for your presentation on Monday.
Today, we did opening #22. Then we finished reviewing the study guide and played a review game.
Homework: Test tomorrow, please study. If you need my answers for the study guide it is on yesterday's blog.
Today, we did opening #21. Then we went over the study guide and handed out progress reports.
Homework: Return your signed progress report by Friday. Your study guide must also be turned in on Friday.
