Today's class focused on Economics. We finished up a video and took a short quiz to check our knowledge. We also had a lot of discussion about types of resources, competition, pricing, and profit.
At the end of class, you and a partner agreed upon a product that you could track from natural resource to consumer. When we return from Spring Break, you will draw a flow chart showing the process and labelling the types of resources (human, natural, & capital) and types of industries (primary, secondary, tertiary, & quaternary).
For homework, if you have time, look up how your product is made. DEFINITELY...YOU SHOULD BE WRITING YOUR LANGUAGE ARTS JOURNAL ENTRIES AS WELL AS READING AND RECORDING IN YOUR READING LOGS. May 15th will be here before you know it and there will be other assignments to get done in your other classes....so use your Spring Break to accomplish these tasks!
